    Great recipe, I made it today on Makar Sakranti. If you have access to parchment paper use that instead of cutting board or other surfaces, I put one sheet then poured the hot mixture on it, then put another sheet on top and then used the roller (belan) to roll it to a thin sheet. Let it cool down. The parchment paper comes off early and there is no mess.
