I tried out the recipe. It turned out really good. Just need to point out that in the written ingredients you mention baking powder and yet you use baking soda in the video. As well, in the written recipe you mention 3 tblsp of oil for tempering but in the video you used 4 tblsp. You might need to edit the written recipe. Thank you and stay safe.

Hi, I tried this recipe for the first time but it didn't work. The middle just wouldn't bake. It was taking a very long time in the oven. Outside is brown, almost burnt. Perhaps the batter was too wet, or the batter sat for too long before getting it ready for baking. Not sure what went wrong.
