    dear charul mashroom ki sabji ki jo vidhi hamein aati hai wo ham likh rahe hain, aap try karein plz.

       samigri--- mashroom 250gm, hari matar 159gm,ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, onion finely chopped 2no, salt to taste, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp. dhania p. 1tsp, haldi p, 1/2 tsfp, garam massala p.1/4 tsp,butterd 2 bade spoon,tamato puri 1/2 cup kasoori methi 1/4 tsp,jeera 1 tsp, dhania patti kati hui sajane ke liye,

     

    vidhi-- sabse pahle mashroom ko acchi tarah se dho kar do bhag mein kat lein, aur matar ke dane nikal lein, ab kadai mein butter dalein aur jaldi se jeera dalein,ginger,garlic paste dalein  , fir onion ko gulabi hone tak bhune.ab sukhe massale dalkar bhune ,tan=mato puri dalkar tel chorne tak massala bhun lein,ab ismein mashroom,matar dalkar 1/2 cup pani dalkar dhimi aanch par acchi tarah paka le. dhania patti se saja kar serve karen.

    massale aap apne hisab se bhi dal sakti hain.aur chahe to tari bhi rakh sakti hain.

          dear preeti

           

               masroom ko boil lkarna jajuri nahi hai. pani ko 1 ubaal aane tak chulhe par rakhe fir usme masroom daal kar gas band kar de .masroom khil kar nikal aayege.
