Ask a question Problem with outer cover

i made the samosas but the outer covering did not turn out to be crisp and was slightly undone inside. kindly suggest how to make it crisp and evenly fried.

      Thank you Hema. Can u please suggest the ratio of Maida and moyan. Also, please tell whether ghee is better or oil is better as moyan. secondly shd the moyan be warm or at room temperature while adding it to the flour.
