    Ingredients:

    Maida - 1/2 cup

    Milk powder - 2 cups

    Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup

    Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup

    Sugar - 1 cup

    Water - 1/2 cup

Nuts and raisins - as desired

Ghee/Oil - to grease the tray (or) aluminium foil

A box like tray  - to spread the mixture

    Method:

In a bowl, mix maida, milk powder, cocoa powder and the nuts and raisins. Keep it handy. Also, grease the tray or place aluminium foil and keep it ready.

In a pan, add the sugar and water and make a syrup of single thread consistency. It will take approximately 10 minutes. Now add the butter and let the syrup boil for 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat and quickly mix the flour mixture in the syrup. This has to be done very quickly as it will start sticking to the pan. Once nicely mixed, pour the mixture into the tray and flatten it evenly with a spatula. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes. With a clean sharp knife, make lines on the mixture. After it cools completely, make deep cuts and cut into desired shape. Keep it refrigerated. At room temperature it will become like fudge.

    Makes 72 stamp size pieces.
