I use 1 Tawa , 1 heavy aluminium kadai and 1 heavy lid for making pizza .
First you make the pizza dough and cook the topping separately . then roll your pizza dough , set itthe pizza crust on tawa / tava , set the sause , toppings and chesses on top , then set the whole thing on a deep kadai , where the tava set in the middle of kadai , lid it with a heavy utensil , so it'll make a microwave environment inside the kadai. generally my pizza takes 35 to 40 mins , but it is easy to check that the pizza is done or not .
You can also use butter paper / parchment paper on tava , then put the pizza base :-)
