मैम मैंने घर पर मावा बनाया। मेरे मावा में घी बहुत दिख रहा था। मैंने उसमे धीरे धीरे करके मैदा मिला मिला कर देखी पर फिर भी हर बार घी में डालते है वो घुलने लगता है। 1कप मावा में आधा कप मैदा मिल जाने के बाद भी गोले घी में डालते ही घुल रहे है। क्या मावा में मोमन अधिक है। क्या करना चाहिये।...

Softness in Chena Rasgulla

Dear Mam, I tried Chena Rasgulla with your recipe without ararot. Taste was very gud but the rasgullas were little less spongy and less soft. I followed that tip also in which you told to add lemon juice when milk is 20% cooled. I kneaded the chena for 2-3 minutes also. Pls guide me what did i missed....
