Ask a question ghevar comes to soft

hi nishaji,

i made so many dishes from your recipe and all those turn out very good. i try to make ghevar at home, it came out very soft to touch. i can not lift it to put in chasani. if i fry littlle longer then it becomes brown not like yours very light yellow. please let me know what is that i am doing is wrong as i want to make it for diwali.
