mushroom ka achaar

Would like to learn how to make khumb/mushroom ka achaar. I had it once in a resturant in Simla years and years ago. Loved it and have been trying to find a recipe ever since.

    mashroom 2packt,kali mirch 1tsp.saunf 2tbsp,dhanhi 1tbsp,methi dana 1tbsp ,kalonji(onion seeds) 1tsp.salt 2tsp,haldi powder 1tbsp,red chilli powder 1tsp,oil 4tbsp.

    saunf dhani aur methi dana ko sukha bhun kar dardar grind karein ,mashroom ko halka boil karke 1din ke liye dhoop dikha dein ab sare masale aur oil dalkar air tight bottle mein rakhein  2 se 4 dinon mein khane ke liye taiyaar ho jayega.....

    aap ek baar try kariyega ham bhi try kareinge.jahan tak main samjhti hun ye achar jyada din nahi chalega kyuonki mashroom mein pani jyada hota hai isliye ............
