    jimikand ko acche se saah karke namak lagakar 2ghante ke liye dhoop mein rakh dein,ab chahe to ubal lein nahi to aise hi masale mein bana lein jo normal masalae aap sabji banane ke liye  taiyar karti hain aur sath mein matar bhi dal sakti hain.

    Neeru ji,

    Jimikand ki sabji banane se pahle isse thodi imle daal kar ubaal le.....kyonki bina khatai ke esse khane me muh khujata hai...aur kabhi kabhi muh me swelling bhi aati hai. Ubalne ke baad esse chheel kar chhot-chhote tukdon me kaat kar thodi der dhoop me rakh le ya phir pankhe ke neeche 1/2 ghante sukha le. isse phir garam oil me deep fry karke kisi bhi tarah use kar sakti hain.
