mam i try to make rasgulla by watching ur recipe on youtube. but mam they were so hard...and very tough to break i put them in chashni for 12 hrs..... and sugar did not go inside rasgulla it is tasteless from inner part..mam can u suggest me why this happens.  ...

when we fry poha in oil, poha got dried. i want poha as crispy as available in market...when i ate poha namkeen from market..it was so tasty and crispy....kindly suggest why poha got so dried after fry in oil.......

mirchi bada

mam , regards.. mirchi bada from market has a very thick , spongy crisp besan covering/ crust whereas homemade bada has a thin besan coat . if i try to keep besan ghol a bit thick by adding less water i get a thick  but not spongy crust also the inside is not very well cooked . kindly advise .  thanks and regards.....
