    samagre,

                  chura- 250gr, tamatar-1, onion-2, green chilly-2, haldi- according to taste, salt- according to taste, ghee-4small spoon.

     vidhi-

     

                   pahle karahe me thora oil dale, jb oil garm ho jaye to ushme kte hue green chilly, onion dalkr thora pakaye, aur jb ye pak jaye to ushme tmatar dal kr paka le. chura ko thora der pane me dal kr cor de atleast 2minute tk. jb onion, tamatr achche terah mix ho jaye to ushme haldi, salt dal kr mix kr le. ab eshme chura(poha) dal kr achche tarah mix kr le. jb ye bhi ho jaye to ushme ghee dale aur thora pakaye. jb ye pak jaye to aap eshe serve kr sakte hai.

      ( agar aap esme green vegetable like phool gobhi dalna chahte hai to aap dal sakte hai. jb aap eshme onion dalte hai ushe samay. eshse poha ka taste achcha lagega)
