If you can get a readymade Pizza Base, this is one of the easiest thing to make at home. Take a thick tawa, keep it on low flame, apply some butter/ghee to your pizza base on its flat side, and slightly toast it- do not let it get crisp as yet.
If you want spicy Pizza, take a pan, add two spoons of oil, add onion( chopped length wise, capsicum, chopped fine-lengthwise and if you like cabbage, you can add shredded cabbage as well) add all the veggies to the oil and saute for 2 minutes so that they should not loose their crunch entirely. Add two-three spoons of chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Now, take 2-3 spoons of Tomato puree/ketchup ( depends on your liking as well as the size of your pizza base) and apply it uniformly on the pizza base. Take the sauted veggies and spread it on the base evenly. Now, grate cheese on the top.
All this while your pizza is on a very low flame. take a lid/ Bowl large enough to you can cover the pizza and leave it for about 3 minutes. To know whether its done or not, you can check and see if the cheese is melt evenly, that means you pizza is done.
Remove it from tawa, you can use a pizza cutter/knief to cut it into pices.
If you do not like spicy pizza then you can add chopped veggies directly on the base- after you apply tomato puree. While serving, you can add oregano and chilli flakes.
