Homemade Chyawanprash Recipe"

Hello mam,

maine apki site dekhi ,Its very helpful for us.. Thanks..

Mam maine 1 month pehle ghar par chyawanprash, jam and amla murraba banaya jaise apne bataya hua hai

 but mam I dnt know kaise un sabhi me fungus lagne lagi hai,, mam apne jo qus. ke ans. diye hai uske according maine dobara sugar dal kar un sabhi ko dobara pakaya but unme fir se fungus lagne lagi hai...

Pls.help me soon.

    If you pack this in a container which does not have any air i.e. the jar should be full to the lid then no aeration will take place and thus no fungus. The reason for the fungus is the water content inthe Jam is high. You should add moe sugar and cook it to get thye water content down
