Ask a question sweet potato sabji

i have tried the following to prepare " Sakariya Shak " Gujarati.

1. cut small pieces of sweet potato.

2. crushed peanuts one spoon, 2 spoon dahi-curd.

3. ginger one inch small and 2 chilly crushed paste.

4. tadka of oil,  hing, jeera, curry leaves, sugar  and salt all one small spoon.

5. added water in tadka two cups after that added 1 2 3 in kadai mixed it to boil sweet potatoes.

6. added coriander leaves..

 

i liked it but would request you to get a video on this to enable me right proportion. i tried check on You tube but did not find...Please post it on You tube.

Hope to get a better proportion and improvised sabji from your expert touch.
