aapki resipi ke ansuar bahut accha bana par set hone ke baad jab bahar nikalte hain to toot jaata hai. shayad or solid hone tak pakana tha.

        अगर मिश्रण पतला हो गया है तो उसमें आधा कप मिल्क पाउडर डालकर मिला दीजिये और कलाकन्द को दूसरी प्लेट में जमा दीजिये, अच्छा कलाकन्द जम कर तैयार हो जायेगा.

           If the mixture breaks or is too dry then place it in slightly warm wok and roast it again. Mixture should get slightly wet. Set it in a greased plate, kalakand will be set easily.

            mawa and paneer mixture, allow it to cool. If you'll add powdered sugar in piping hot mixture, then sugar melts and mixture gets thin in consistency. It gets difficult to set the kalakand
