Papaya is one of the digestive fruit. Generally, people do not like to eat it but if you will make its milk shake then you will really like its taste and it will fulfill requirement of papaya in the body too.
It takes few minutes to make, therefore, you can make it anytime. The recipe of Papaya milk shake is as follows:
Ingredients for Papaya Shake
- Fresh Papaya - 500 gm
- Sugar - 8 small table spoon
- Milk - 400 gm
- Ice Cubes - 1glass
How to make Papaya Shake
Wash papaya, peel it and cut it into small pieces, seprate papaya from its seeds. Put papaya in a mixer and add sugar in it and beat it finely.
Add milk and ice cubes in it and beat it again.
Your papaya milk shake is ready. Keep it in the glasses, put 1 table spoon vanila ice cream on each glass and serve it.

Time - 15 minutes
If you are not able to use the whole papaya at one time then put papaya pieces and sugar in a mixer and beat them finely. Fill it in the air-tight container and keep it in the freezer. Whenever you want to make papaya milk shake, mix it in the milk and drink it.
